DQ9 (250 words): Should we worry about terrorists using weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) against us?  What are some types of WMDs that may likely be used against us?

DQ10 (250 words): Recently, there has been talk of our country releasing some of the funds held that were frozen and unattainable to Iran due to economic sanctions if Iran provides some concessions on the nuclear talks.  Some people argue this is a bad idea and that it would be better to take an all or nothing approach.  Which approach do you endorse and why?  Below is a link that describes this situation.
