Using ideas from class materials, the assigned readings and your own library research, identify three future trends in HR.   Use between 5-7 acceptable sources (from academic journals, industry or business magazines, or association Web sites, and dated within the last two-three years) to support your argument that these are future trends in the field of HR. Also select one specific industry (healthcare)

1. Present each of the three trends, using the literature to support why these will be important trends in the future of HR.
2. How will each of these trends positively influence or impact the future of HR in general and in the industry that you have selected (Healthcare)?
3. How will each of these trends negatively influence or impact the future of HR in general and in the industry that you have selected (Healthcare)?
4. What might happen if these factors are ignored or not taken seriously in terms of the future of HR in general and in the industry that you have selected (Healthcare)?
5. Which of these trends will have the MOST impact in the industry that you have identified (Healthcare)? Why?
6. What should organizations in your industry do to prepare for these trends? Be sure to include specifics for the industry you selected.
