“Self Awareness and Awareness of Others” Please respond to the following:

  • In Chapter Three, there is a discussion about emotions, and how the people in the workplace are affected by cognition that can impact affect, which can in turn impact behavior.  This is followed by a discussion about attitudes.  Give an example of a time that someone’s behavior in the workplace was not useful to the situation.  Why do you think it occurred?  If you were the supervisor, what could you have done differently to change the outcome?  Support your position.
