As we discussed in class, consider whether Kant would say we had a moral duty to donate blood (Perhaps even take biological matter and vital organs into consideration.) First for this assignment, you will need detail the four-step decision procedure for application of the Categorical Imperative to the maxim, “I should donate blood.” Second, discuss whether you agree with Kantian ethics on this matter. What other ways could you justify action, or inaction? Provide examples.
