Journal Assignment
Assignment (MLA format) requirement is 300 – 400 words.
What I would like you to do is honestly answer the following question:
What were the most and least helpful things to you in this online English 475 course? What, if anything, should I keep for the students taking the class next time, and what, if anything, should I reconsider? Do you feel as though your reading and writing skills have improved? Did the online format help you? Or do you feel a face-to-face format would have been better and why?
This information will be very helpful to me since you all are some of the first students in the history of this school to take English 475 as an entirely online course, and one of the things we are studying as a department is whether or not it’s a good idea to continue offering the course online.
